  • Once delivered, the server or scripts are your property. However, redistribution or resale of our products without permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Any unauthorized redistribution will result in immediate ban and potential legal action.

Communication and Conduct

  • Toxicity, harassment, or abuse toward staff or other members will result in immediate removal from the server.

Customization Requests

  • Customization services are available at an additional cost.
  • Changes or modifications requested after delivery will be treated as new orders.

Bug Reporting

  • Any bugs or issues must be reported through the appropriate channels in the server.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by modifications made by the buyer or third parties.

Downtime and Hosting

  • We are not responsible for server downtime caused by external hosting providers.
  • Ensure you use a reliable hosting service as recommended in our server.

Termination of Service

  • We reserve the right to terminate services or support if these policies are violated.
